These Terms of Service govern your use of The True Years website and your purchase of our products.

The True Years is operated by WifiEstate, located at 30 n Gould St. Throughout these Terms, “The True Years,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that business.

By visiting our website, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to make a purchase.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, account, and payment information.

You are responsible for protecting your account password and for activity conducted through your account.

2. Online Store

Our store is hosted through Shopify and may rely on third-party providers for checkout, payments, subscriptions, shipping, analytics, and other services.

Your use of those services may also be subject to the providers’ terms and privacy practices.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website when reasonably necessary.

3. Skincare and Cosmetic Use

The True Years products are cosmetics intended to improve the appearance and feel of skin. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Information on this website is provided for general educational and cosmetic purposes. It is not medical advice and should not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Always follow the product label and instructions. Patch test before first use. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and do not swallow. Stop using the product if irritation, redness, or rash occurs. Keep products out of reach of children.

If you have a diagnosed skin condition, are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or are under medical care, consult a qualified professional before adding a new skincare product.

Individual experiences and cosmetic results vary. We do not guarantee that every customer will experience the same result.

4. Product Information

We work to display product descriptions, ingredients, colors, packaging, prices, and images as accurately as possible.

Screen settings, packaging updates, manufacturing changes, and photography may affect how products appear. The product received may differ slightly from website images without changing its intended use.

Ingredient lists and directions shown on the product packaging should be treated as the most current information. Review the packaging before use, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities.

We may update product information or correct errors without prior notice.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website and may change without notice.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, discounts, and recurring-payment terms will be shown before you complete checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the full amount shown at checkout.

We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders. If an order is canceled after payment, the amount charged will be refunded.

6. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been processed or shipped.

We may limit or refuse orders when reasonably necessary, including orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, intended for resale, or connected to previous policy abuse.

If we cancel an order after charging you, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

Products are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that every item will remain available.

7. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

The True Years offers recurring subscription plans. Subscription terms, price, billing frequency, products included, discounts, shipping charges, and cancellation information will be shown before enrollment.

By selecting a subscription and completing checkout, you expressly authorize us to charge your selected payment method automatically at the frequency shown until you cancel.

Monthly Plan

The Monthly Plan renews approximately every 30 days. Your payment method will be charged and a new shipment will be prepared for each renewal unless you skip or cancel before the next billing date.

Monthly Plan orders are subject to the 30-day money-back guarantee described in our Return and Refund Policy.

12-Week Glow Plan

The 12-Week Glow Plan includes three bottles and renews approximately every 12 weeks. Your payment method will be charged and a new three-bottle shipment will be prepared unless you skip or cancel before the next billing date.

The 12-Week Glow Plan is subject to the 90-day guarantee described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Managing or Canceling a Subscription

You may manage, skip, or cancel a subscription through the customer account portal or by contacting us at info@purerevial.shop.

Cancel before the next billing date shown in your account to prevent the next charge. Canceling does not automatically refund an order that has already been billed, processed, or shipped.

Submitting a return request does not automatically cancel a subscription. Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been billed.

We may change subscription pricing or benefits. When required by law, we will provide advance notice and obtain any required consent before applying a material change to a future renewal.

We may cancel a subscription because of discontinued products, failed payments, suspected fraud, policy abuse, or other legitimate business reasons. We will not charge for future shipments after cancellation.

8. Failed Subscription Payments

If a recurring payment fails, we or our payment provider may retry the payment using the payment method on file.

A shipment may be delayed until payment is successfully completed. You remain responsible for valid charges incurred before cancellation.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be changed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

If we cannot ship within the promised period—or within the period required by applicable law—we will provide any legally required delay notice, cancellation option, or refund.

Contact us promptly regarding a damaged, missing, incorrect, or delayed order.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns, guarantees, damaged-order claims, refund timing, return shipping, and subscription refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

The Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any return, refund, cancellation, or product-conformity right that cannot legally be waived.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions may have separate eligibility rules, dates, product limits, or exclusions.

Unless stated otherwise:

• Discounts cannot be combined;

• Discounts have no cash value;

• Discounts cannot be applied after an order is placed;

• Free gifts must be returned with a refunded order when requested; and

• We may end or correct a promotion affected by fraud, misuse, or a clear error.

Subscription savings apply only while the subscription remains active and eligible.

12. Customer Reviews and Content

You may submit reviews, photographs, comments, or other content if the feature is available.

You represent that your submission is truthful, reflects your genuine experience, and does not violate another person’s rights.

You may not submit content that is false, deceptive, unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, defamatory, infringing, confidential, fraudulent, or created in exchange for an undisclosed incentive.

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it, you grant The True Years a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format, and use it for operating and promoting the business, subject to applicable law.

We may remove content for legal, privacy, authenticity, relevance, abuse, or technical reasons. We will not suppress a genuine review solely because it expresses a negative opinion.

13. Intellectual Property

The website and its original text, graphics, branding, logos, layouts, photographs, videos, and other content are owned by or licensed to The True Years and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, scrape, modify, publish, or commercially exploit website content without written permission.

14. Prohibited Uses

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may perform maintenance, correct errors, or restrict access when reasonably necessary. We are not responsible for interruptions outside our reasonable control.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Except for express guarantees stated in our Return and Refund Policy and warranties that cannot legally be excluded, we disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this section excludes rights or warranties that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The True Years and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.

Where liability may legally be limited, our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability resulting from fraud, willful misconduct, or other protected consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse The True Years for reasonable losses, claims, or expenses caused by your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

This section does not apply where prohibited by consumer law.
